Auditions

Charm City Players is always looking for vibrant, talented performers of all ages to bring our mainstage family productions to life. Casting calls and open audition dates are announced on a show-by-show basis.

Backstage & Technical Crew

The magic on stage wouldn't be possible without the incredible team working behind the scenes. We consistently seek experienced theatre professionals and skilled technicians to join our production rosters for mainstage shows, camp showcases, and after-school programs.

  • Creative & Design: Stage Managers, Set Designers, Costume Designers, and Music Directors.
  • Technical & Shop: Master Carpenters, Seamstresses, and Lighting/Sound Technicians.

Volunteering & Fundraising

As a community-driven organization, our volunteers are the heartbeat of our daily operations. We have a variety of positions available that fit any schedule, whether you want to help out on show weekends or support our growth during the week.

  • Immediate Fundraising Needs: We are actively seeking individuals with a knack for business networking to assist us with Corporate Sponsorships, Playbill Ad Sales, and Grant Research. Your help in these areas directly keeps our educational programs accessible to local youth!
  • Front of House Support: Join our team during performance weekends to assist with Concessions, Merchandise Sales, Ushering, and Ticket Scanning.
  • Community Outreach: Help us spread the word about our programs through community flyer distribution, event photography, or social media content creation.

Internships & Apprenticeships

Are you a high school or college student looking to gain real-world, hands-on experience in the theatre industry? Our structured internship program offers unique opportunities to learn the ropes of both production and arts administration.
